"A fresh and creamy aroma to this pale lemon coloured cheese. Rich buttery flavour with hints of malt too. Sweet, nutty and with a fabulous acidity that livens up the palate. The finish is clean and creamy. It lingers pleasantly - a truly gorgeous cheese."
