The Cheese Truck
Brought to you by the team behind The Cheese Bar in London, The Cheese Truck is their mobile street food van selling London’s most irresistible grilled cheese sandwiches from their yellow 1972 Bedford ice cream vans, Audrey and Alfie.
Known for their raclette and stinkingly good cheese toasties, the team behind The Cheese Bar are all about shining a light on real British cheese. With sites in Camden and soon-opening Covent Garden, plus their Pick & Cheese restaurant in Seven Dials Market, we are proud to be served in these cheesy establishments, plus on the mobile truck menu to reach new cheese lovers everywhere!
The Cheese Truck has been making its way around the UK all summer visiting festivals like Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Wilderness, Field Day, Green Man, Lost Village, The Big Feastival and End of the Road.
The Big Feastival
The Big Feastival is a family-friendly festival, combining award-winning street food, Michelin star chefs live on stage with live music from bands such as Elbow, Jess Glynn and Lewis Capaldi. The Cheese Truck will be there all weekend (Friday 23rd August - Sunday 25th August) banging out some tasty cheesy treats. If you're going, be sure to pop by and grab yourself something delicious.
Quicke's on the menu
Our cheese features in a number of ways, however for The Big Feastival this summer, Quicke's will be served in the following two ways:
Quicke's Cheddar & Mixed Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich:
Gooey melted mature cheddar and lashings of mixed onion ooze between layers of toasted sourdough for an indulgent cheesy feast.
British Cheese Board:
Our Mature Clothbound Cheddar takes centre stage on The Cheese Truck's British Cheese Board alongside other British cheese producers like King Stone Diary, Rosary and Fen Farm Dairy.
