Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured on our 500-year-old farm in Devon.

Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g
A rich and buttery cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy caramel notes. Superb with English stout, pale ale, a robust cabernet sauvignon or strong-flavoured salad. Typically aged 12-15 months.

Quicke's Double Devonshire Clothbound Cheese 200g
Our unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-tasting taste. Brings richness to Riesling; adds character to cheeseboards.

Quicke's Vintage Clothbound Cheddar 200g
The oldest in our range, this is a rich, intense cheese with a delightfully crumbly texture and huge depth of flavour - from umami to buttery, to salted caramel. Splendid with chardonnay or cabernet sauvignon; adds personality to pesto. Typically aged 24 months.

Sharpham Caramelised Fig & Pinot Noir Chutney or Sharpham Red Onion, Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade 220g

Sharpham Caramelised Fig & Pinot Noir Chutney is packed full of the finest plump figs and autumn fruits, steeped in Sharpham Pinot Noir and ‘kicked’ with ginger and cinnamon cloves. This chutney is delicious when enjoyed with Quicke's Extra Mature but a great addition to any cheese board.

Sharpham Red Onion, Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade is a twist on a favorite, the onions are caramelised in soft brown sugar and balanced perfectly with balsamic and red wine vinegar. The herbs are handpicked, chopped and added at the last minute for a savoury finish. This marmalade is delicious when enjoyed with Quicke's Mature but a great addition to any cheese board.

Peters Yard Charcoal and Rye Crispbreads
These charcoal & rye sourdough crispbreads are inspired by Peters Yard's love of Swedish baking. Made using simple, natural ingredients including organic flour, fresh milk and their precious sourdough starter, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.
