This deliciously smooth creamy Stilton Mini Truckle made by Colston Bassett Dairy in Nottinghamshire is a beautiful addition to any Christmas table. Best served at room temperature paired with Peters Yard Sourdough Crackers and Churchills Reserve Port.
Colston Bassett Dairy is the home of traditional Stilton and Shropshire Blue cheeses. The dairy has been making outstanding cheese for over one hundred years.
This is the only dairy that continues to use the traditional process of ladling curds from the vat to the cooling trays entirely by hand. This creates a smooth rich texture.
