Inside the box:
Colston Bassett 200g: Handmade at Colston Bassett Dairy in Nottinghamshire using cows' milk sourced from farms within 1½ miles of the dairy, this cheese is rich and creamy, with a well-balanced flavour and delicate blue veins running throughout.
Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g: Handmade using the milk from our herd of cows, this cheddar is rich and buttery cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Typically aged 12-15 months.
Churchill's Reserve Port (19.5% vol) 20cl: A truly delicious port that has been matured for 3 years in seasoned oak vats before being bottled. Like cheese this port is best served at room temperature.
Sharpham Caramelised Fig & Pinot Noir Chutney: This chutney is packed full of the finest plump figs and autumn fruits, steeped in Sharpham Pinot Noir and ‘kicked’ with ginger and cinnamon cloves. This chutney is delicious when enjoyed with Quicke's Mature but a great addition to any cheese board
Fine Cheese Company Crackers: A crisp and crunchy cracker, perfect for pairing with Cheddar and Stilton.
Delivery & Returns
Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please get in touch to discuss a refund.
