As the youngest cheddar in our range, it is wonderfully buttery with a subtle, clean aroma, full of the smooth richness of our Devonshire milk.

It was, as the name suggests, buttery and with a mild but flavoursome taste and creamy texture. Very "moreish" and good in sandwiches or with all kinds of biscuits. We will buy it again.
