Fresh chopped tomatoes are cooked slowly with red onions, red peppers, garlic and hot smoked Spanish paprika to produce this rich red relish, delicious with our mature cheddars. Or delicious used as the base for a pizza.

I can not recommend the Smoky Tomato Relish highly enough.
It complemnets both your smoked cheddar & mature cheddar perfectly.
We also have it with a ploughmans for lunch, Again it is a perfect.
