Sharpham Cheese have teamed up with Hillside to create a delicious Red Onion, Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade.
This chutney is a twist on a favourite, the onions are caramelised in soft brown sugar and balanced perfectly with balsamic and red wine vinegar. The herbs are handpicked, chopped and added at the last minute for a savoury finish.
Honestly one word - delicious!
