Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 18 months.

A wonderfully rich, rounded cheddar with a deep, complex balance of flavours- from brothy to buttery, to fresh-cut grass.

Cheddar the real deal.

Excellent eating. Chunk of good bread & a glass of red wine. (I believe there was salad) this cheese. Last meal choice? It's joining the short list.
