Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 120g A rich and buttery cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy caramel notes. Superb with English stout, pale ale, a robust cabernet sauvignon or strong-flavoured salad. Typically aged 12-15 months.

Quicke's Oak Smoked Cheddar 120g Hand-selected from our most balanced mature cheddar, this cheese is smoked using oak chips from trees grown on the Quicke's estate for a sensuously smoky, buttery flavour. Partners perfectly with a pinot noir or pale ale. Adds richness to rocket salad. Typically matured 9-12 months.

Quicke's Devonshire Red 120g (V) Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. This vibrant, full-flavoured cheese is our distinctive take on a classic Red Leicester, with a crumbly texture, fresh, nutty flavours and a lemony creaminess.

X2 Tracklements Chutneys These fruity chutneys are intensely flavoured and perfect for cheese. 

X2 Peters Yard Crackers 8g Packets The perfect accompaniment for your cheese, these delicious crispbreads are made with simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and their precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. 

Mr Filbert's Salt & Pepper Cashews 40g Delicious oven-roasted cashew nuts sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper.

Mr Filbert's Lemon & Oregano Olives 50g Zesty green pitted olives with hints of Mediterranean herbs, the perfect pairing for our cheeses.
