Emma's Cheese Platter

We are excited to launch our new platter box created by Emma Stoyle (our fantastic Shop Manager and Farm Secretary) bursting with a mouthwatering selection of artisan delights. Simply take everything out of the box, arrange on a board, maybe add a little fruit for an extra splash of colour and voila you have a feast for the eyes and not just the stomach! Perfect for tucking into this summer.

Inside the box you will find:

Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g: Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured. Creamy and buttery with hints of brothy to grassy to caramel notes. 

Vintage Clothbound Cheddar 200g: Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured. The oldest in our range, this is a rich intense cheese with a delightfully crumbly texture and a huge depth of flavour- from umami to buttery, to salted caramel. 

Goat's Milk Cheese 200g: Handcrafted using the finest goat's milk, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese. 

Baby Baron Bigod 250g: Handmade in Suffolk by Fen Farm Dairy in small batches to a Brie de Meaux recipe, it’s silky at its rind but crumbly at its core. This cheese balances a clean lactic brightness with mushroomy, vegetal notes.

Fine Cheese Co Toasts For Cheese 100g: Thin, light and crispy toasts (baked twice like biscotti) with dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Delicious even on their own.

Peter's Yard's Rye and Charcoal Sourdough Crackers 90g: Crafted using organic flour, fresh milk and a sourdough starter, these crackers 

Popt's Parmesan Thins 120g: Beautifully buttery crackers topped with grated parmesan.

West Country Legends Beetroot Biscuits For Cheese 100g: Not only do these look brilliant they taste fantastic too!

Clare's Preserves Beetroot and Orange Chutney 200g: Vivid purple in colour, this lightly spiced chutney made by Clare on Dartmoor is exceptional! 

Sharpham Red Onion, Rosemary and Thyme Marmalade 240g: We have tried many red onion chutneys over the years and trust us this one is the best, especially with the addition of the herbs and it's not super sweet either. 

Drivers' Sweet Cornichons in White Balsamic Vinegar 550g: These mini gherkins are pickled in sweet white balsamic vinegar  - they are lovely and crunchy.

Mr Filbert's French Rosemary Almonds 100g: Rosemary, sea salt and roasted almonds - the perfect combination.
