The perfect gift for any port and cheese lover! This is the ultimate box to enjoy on a cold winter's night when snuggled by a roaring fire. Inside the box is a wedge of our Mature Cheddar, a wedge of Colston Bassett Stilton, a bottle of Graham's Tawny Port, chutney and crackers.
Inside the box:
Colston Bassett 200g: Handmade at Colston Bassett Dairy in Nottinghamshire using cows' milk sourced from farms within 1½ miles of the dairy, this cheese is rich and creamy, with a well-balanced flavour and delicate blue veins running throughout.
Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g: Handmade using the milk from our herd of cows, this cheddar is rich and buttery cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate.
Typically aged 12-15 months.
Graham's Tawny Port (20% vol) 20cl: A truly delicious port that has been aged for 10 years in seasoned oak casks before being bottled. Like cheese this port is best served at room temperature.
Sharpham Red Onion, Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade: Packed with flavour, this marmalade is simply sensational! The onions have been caramelised in soft brown sugar before balsamic and red wine vinegar is added followed by the addition of freshly chopped thyme and rosemary.
Fine Cheese Rosemary and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers: A crisp and crunchy cracker, subtly flavoured with rosemary and olive oil.
Delivery & Returns
Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please get in touch to discuss a refund.
