White Lake Cheese Dairy is based in Somerset and makes the most incredible soft cheeses. Tor is a unique soft Goats Cheese, made using 100% goats milk. 

Tor has a unique geotrichum rind and is dusted with ash to add a very subtle peppery undertone along with a combination of lemony flavours and a typical goat’s cheese ‘tang’ - Tor is a stand-out option for any cheeseboard.

What a tasty little cheese you are Tor!

It was fir a cheese wedding cake and I wanted it for the top of the cake. It looked perfect and I even managed to get a little nibble. Beautiful, and the guests also commented on it being a lovely cheese and where did I get it.
