Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured typically for 12-15 months. A rich and buttery cheddar that offers outstanding depth of flavour, which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy to caramel notes.

Quicke's Double Devonshire Clothbound Cheese 200g (V) Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 3- 6 months.Our unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-lasting taste

Quicke's Smoked Clothbound Cheddar 200g Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured typically for 9-12 months. Selected from our most balanced mature cheddar, this cheese is smoked using oak chips from trees grown on the Quicke's Estate for a sensuously smoky, buttery flavour. 

Fine Cheese Extra Virgin Rosemary and Olive Oil Crackers 125g A perfect partner for cheese with their subtle Rosemary and olive oil flavour.

Cornish Olive Stall 'The Mix' 200g  A stunning mix of big pitted green Halkidiki and Kalamata olives marinated with orange, thyme and coriander seeds. This pack of olives will add a brilliant splash of colour to your cheeseboard.

Mrs Gill's Fruit Cake 360g Mrs Gill's fruit cake is handmade just 16 miles away from our farm. Following a 200-year-old recipe, Lisa uses local eggs and butter along with handfuls of plump vine fruits to create a wonderfully rich and moist fruit cake. Enjoy with a wedge of Mature Cheddar.

Cornish Charcuterie Duck Liver Pate 125g This duck liver pâté with Cointreau is deliciously decadent. The buttery texture is perfectly complemented by a generous dash of Cointreau.

Lyme Bay Elderberry and Port Liqueur 350ml A stunning drink made from dark, ripe elderberries and Ruby Port by our friends at Lyme Bay Winery in East Devon. Quite sweet in taste, it goes marvellously with cheese and is the perfect tipple to enjoy pre or post supper!
